Vaccinations
- All dogs must be up to date with all regular vaccinations as well as flea and worming treatment
- This is to ensure all dogs are protected and kept safe
- Kennel Cough - if your dog has recently had a kennel cough vaccine, please wait 21 days before grooming
Matting

- If serious matting is found and not been previously made aware, a £5 matting fee will be added
- This is to cover the extra time and equipment to safely remove the matting and ensure the dogs welfare is top priority
Fleas
£

- If fleas are found and not been previously made aware of them on the dog, a £10/15 fee will be added depending on severity of fleas
- This is to cover the flea shampoo used and time due to areas needing to be fully disinfected before the next dog can enter to prevent spreading.
Cancellations/no shows
- Those who fail to attend their appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of groom price before rebooking, unless discussed otherwise
- This is due to lost income and the time being allocated to dogs appointments that cannot then be filled due to the short notice.
Surgical Treatments
- If your pet has recently undergone castration/any surgery or invasive medical treatments, please allow 3-4 weeks before next groom or until discharged by vet, to prevent the risk of infection or further stress.
Payments
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or payment link, either prior to or at the time of collection.
- Any rudeness or negativity will not be tolerated.
- Any concerns or queries, please let me know as soon as possible and I will try to resolve to the best of my ability.
